An estate-focused winery built on two of the Walla Walla Valley's most respected vineyards.
Norm and Virginia McKibben founded Pepper Bridge in 1998, and it remains one of the few Walla Walla wineries focused exclusively on estate-grown Bordeaux-style wines. Its premium cabernet sauvignon and merlot come entirely from the estate's Pepper Bridge and Seven Hills vineyards.
The hilltop winery looks out over the valley's vines, with a gravity-flow facility built into the slope. Tastings center on the depth and structure of the estate reds.
Seated tastings showcase estate cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and Bordeaux-style blends from the Pepper Bridge and Seven Hills vineyards; reservations are recommended.
Worth knowing: One of the first Walla Walla wineries to focus exclusively on estate-grown Bordeaux-style wines.
